GUARANTEE

All products offered on the website enjoy the same commercial guarantee. CASTOR SUNGLASSES has an after-sales service, while the guarantee is in force, the customer can execute it by contacting the after-sales service: by email to orders@castorsunglasses.com or to the points established by the supplier itself. In case of doubt, you can contact the customer service telephone number.

PRICES

All products indicate the sale price in Euros and include Value Added Tax (VAT). If any other tax is applicable, this will be indicated.

FORMS OF PAYMENT AND EXECUTION OF THE ORDER

The customer may pay the amount of his order by opting for any of the following ways. During the purchase process you must indicate your choice: • Credit or debit card • PayPal • Bank transfer • Cash on delivery
* In the case of selecting bank transfer, the shared cost will not be accepted. This being the cost of the transfer by the buyer.

RETURN POLICY

1. Changes The change process will be broken down into a Return and a new Order to be generated: the customer has to bear the shipping costs. Returns If the CASTOR SUNGLASSES product that you receive is not what you expected or how you expected it, contact us at this email orders@castorsunglasses.com The return period for all our products is 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. In order to be returned, the product must be in perfect condition (unused) and keep its original packaging. In any case, when requesting a return, only the final amount paid for the product will be returned, excluding the amount paid for "shipping costs". To avoid transportation problems, the customer is requested to ensure that the package is properly protected and sealed. Once received we will check its status. As soon as we check that both the item (s) (as well as the possible components, accessories, promotional gifts and documentation) are complete and in perfect condition, we will proceed to return the money paid for the products purchased. In no case will the amount paid as "shipping costs" be refunded. Return of the defective product In the event that the product is not in good condition and the causes attributable to it are not the result of the customer, the customer will have the right to return the product, informing CASTOR SUNGLASSES of the reason for return via email (orders@castorsunglasses.com), and at no cost to the customer. CASTOR SUNGLASSES undertakes to assume the cost of the return and to return the product for a new one in accordance with the conditions accepted at the time of sale. SHIPPING COSTS

CASTOR SUNGLASSES makes national and international shipments: • National: o For the Peninsula the shipping costs will be FREE. o Ceuta, Melilla and the Balearic Islands will have an amount for shipping costs of € 7. o For the Canary Islands, the amount will be € 7. • International: o The amount will be consulted through the email orders@castorsunglasses.com Shipping costs include transport, insurance and customs clearance at origin. For deliveries in countries outside the European Union, customs charges at destination and other taxes (duties) are not included; it will be the recipient who will have to pay them in cash in order to receive the merchandise. The recipient will be responsible for all import expenses and taxes generated at the destination customs office, whether or not the merchandise is delivered to them. We will try to send the order in the shortest possible time, but the recipient must take into account the provisions of the country of destination for the importation of the items ordered.

ORDER DELIVERY

Once the order confirmation has been sent, the products will be delivered to the address indicated by the user when placing the order within approximately one to five (1-5) working days, except Saturdays and holidays, counting from the day of the purchase. CASTOR SUNGLASSES does not assume any responsibility when the delivery of the product does not take place as a result of the data provided by the user being false, inaccurate or incomplete or when the delivery cannot be made for reasons beyond the control of the shipping company, assigned for such effect, such as the absence of the user or the retention of the product in customs.
