The exchange process will be broken down into a Return and a new Order to be generated: the customer has to bear the shipping costs. RETURNS

If the CASTOR SUNGLASSES product that you receive is not what you expected or as you expected, contact us at this email orders@castorsunglasses.com The return period for all our products is 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. In order to be returned, the product must be in perfect condition (unused) and keep its original packaging. In any case, when requesting a return, only the final amount paid for the product will be returned, excluding the amount paid for "shipping costs". To avoid transport problems, the customer is requested to ensure that the package is properly protected and sealed. Once received we will check its status. As soon as we check that both the item / s (as well as the possible components, accessories, promotional gifts and documentation) are complete and in perfect condition, we will proceed to return the money paid for the products purchased. In no case will the amount paid as "shipping costs" be refunded. Return of the defective product In the event that the product is not in good condition and the causes attributable to it are not a consequence of the customer, the customer will have the right to return the product, informing CASTOR SUNGLASSES of the reason for return via email (orders@castorsunglasses.com), and at no cost to the customer. CASTOR SUNGLASSES undertakes to assume the cost of the return and to return the product for a new one in accordance with the conditions accepted at the time of sale.
